Private Meditation Classes
Private Meditation classes are conducted in Bangalow, Byron Bay and surrounding areas.
Meditation is a healing therapy with many benefits, such as relief of insomnia, lower blood pressure, inner calm and balance and stills the mind, body and the spirit to alleviate suffering and promotes a general state of wellbeing.
Through the exploration of mindfulness meditation and concentration meditation techniques, the student learns to relaxation techniques, pranayama (breath control) and the focus on a particular object of concentration, such as sound (repetition of a mantra), rhythm (breath awareness), image or light etc…
These methods encourage the practitioner to attain inner calm in the practice and enjoy the ripple effect in their everyday lives. So meditation expands into the student’s sadhana (everyday life) to develop a positive attitude, lead a simple life and practice selfless service.
Private meditation can be held in our own studio or in one of many pristine natural places in the Byron Bay/Bangalow area.
